The Ventnor City Cultural Arts Center, located at 6500 Atlantic Ave., provides fine arts, fine crafts and performing arts classes on a year-round basis. The center also sponsors several special events to showcase the art of its students, including the annual Ocean Breeze Arts and Crafts Show and Holiday Art Show and Sale. It also holds a summer arts camp for children.
Class schedule includes: Pottery with Sue Van Duyne-Hunter, 6-8 p.m. Mondays and 10 a.m. to noon Wednesdays; Watercolors with Linda Gazsi 12:30-3 p.m. Tuesdays; Oils and Acrylics with Chuck Lsw 12:30-3 p.m. Wednesdays; Pastels with Linda Kaufman 2-5 p.m. Thursdays; Jewelry Making with Janet Bodoff noon-2 p.m. Fridays. Workshops and special events are held on Saturdays. Dance classes and yoga are also available.
