Absecon Lighthouse a hub of activity this summer

ATLANTIC CITY - The Leadership Studio will present free yoga instruction at the Absecon Lighthouse 6:30 p.m. every Thursday this summer beginning June 28. Bring your own mat and a friend.

Atlantic City has a stunning skyline at night, and to top it off, a full moon will float up from the ocean and join the magnificent lights of the city Thursday, June 28. See the only 360-degree view of this breathtaking panorama. The last climb is at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are just $10 beginning at 5 p.m. and include the full moon climb and a free artist's print of Absecon Lighthouse.

Free Wacky Wednesdays program for kids starts July 11. The program is offered on Wednesdays through July and August from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for children 12 years of age and younger. Must be accompanied by an adult. Each themed program includes crafts and activities, theme related movies and coloring pages.

The Absecon Lighthouse is a state-owned historic property administered by the non-profit Inlet Public/Private Association. Located at 31 S. Rhode Island Ave. in Atlantic City, it is New Jersey's tallest lighthouse and the country's third tallest.
