VENTNOR - Due to the forecast of inclement weather Friday evening, Santa sent word to the Ventnor Fire Department that his tour of city streets aboard a fire truck would have to be rescheduled.
Ventnor firefighters will give Santa a lift aboard one of their firetrucks starting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19.
Lt. Joe Iannuzzelli of the Ventnor City Fire Department confirmed Santa's revised plans in a post on the city's Facebook page early Thursday evening.
He also provided a map of the best locations for good little girls and boys to greet Santa Thursday evening. Santa will start his tour at No. 1 labeled on the map below and will stop for a few minutes at each numbered stop. Children are advised to listen for music and sirens.
