GATHERING WOOL
Adult quilting and knitting group meets 10 a.m. to noon every Tuesday, July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. The program is free and all levels of experience are welcome. Join the group to stitch, loop, craft and chat. Learn to knit, crochet, create original handcrafted blankets, scarves, sweaters and more.
A UNIVERSE OF MOVIES FILM SERIES
A film series in keeping with the Summer Reading Program 2019 theme, A Universe of Stories, 5-7:45 p.m. Tuesdays, July 2 Aug. 20. Celebrate the galaxy with a collection of modern and classic science fiction films and out of this world documentaries. Movies are suggested for adults and interested teens. CHECKMATES CHESS CLUB
Open chess program for all ages noon to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays, July 6, 13,20 and 27. All are welcome to play a friendly game of chess along with others.

ALIENS: ESCAPE FROM EARTH WITH SCIENCETELLERS
Aliens: Escape from Earth features ScienceTellers 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20. Free program for ages 3-12. Join ScienceTellers as they demonstrate scientific principles through action-packed alien adventure, filled with fun science projects throughout this intergalactic story.
OUTTASIGHT BUTTONS
Craft program for all ages during regular branch hours Monday, July 22 - Tuesday, July 30. In honor of the 50th anniversary of Woodstock, craft a colorful button to show your groovy artworks or message while supplies last. Make one for yourself and donate on to support the Atlantic County Library Foundation.
