LONGPORT - Church of the Redeemer is offering yoga classes 9:30 a.m. Tuesday mornings, through Aug. 13. The classes will be held in the Community Room.
Classes are open to all ages and skill levels, even if it's your first time on the mat. The gentle yoga practice includes breathing, stretching and a few challenges.
Donation is $5 per class. Bring a mat and an open heart.
