VENTNOR - A town hall meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 at the Ventnor Community Room, 6500 Atlantic Ave., will provide information residents need to be safe during hurricane season.
Ventnor City Fire Department, Emergency Management Coordinator Donna Peterson and Evelyn DiMartino of the American Red Cross will discuss how to prepare for emergency situations, access disaster help and volunteer for the Red Cross.
Participants will be able to ask questions about any concerns they may have.
The event is being hosted by the Ventnor Democratic Club, but it is not a political event and is open to the public. Residents are encouraged to attend.
