Registration open for Atlantic County grant writing workshops

  • Atlantic County

Two free grant writing workshops are being offered to help local arts and history organizations develop and enhance their funding proposals.

The workshops will be held at 6 p.m. Aug. 6 (focus on arts) and Wednesday, Aug. 7 (focus on history) at the Atlantic County Veterans Museum, 189 Route 50 South, Mays Landing. Matthew Pisarski, AICP, PP of Pine Mount Consulting, will lead both sessions.

Registration is required and is available online at: http://www.atlantic-county.org//cultural-affairs.

Participants may attend one or both workshops. If you are unable to attend the one specific to your interest, you may still gain valuable knowledge and information by attending the other workshop as parts of each application are similar and will be covered in both workshops. Specific questions may be addressed following the presentation.

The workshops are sponsored by the Atlantic County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs, which provides Atlantic County non-profit organizations the opportunity to apply for grant funding for projects that promote art or history and provide public benefit and accessibility.
