Stockton radio features talks on youth rowing, financial aid and new music education degree

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP - Stockton University's monthly radio show, Stockton Now, will be aired on WIBG 101.3 FM and 1020 AM  at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19.

The hour-long show features conversations with Stockton faculty, staff and students and highlights Stockton and its programs.

The Dec. 19 show features:


  • Stockton First Lady Lynne Kesselman will talk about the initiatives she is involved with in Atlantic City, including a new youth rowing program.

  • Interim Director of Financial Aid Christopher J. Connors, Jr. will discuss the different types of financial aid available to students and how to get them.

  • Professor of Music Beverly Vaughn will discuss the new music education degree program at Stockton, and, her longtime directorship of the Stockton Community Choir's biennial holiday performance of Handel's Messiah.


Stockton Now is produced at Stockton's radio station and will also be featured on Stockton Radio WLFR 91.7 FM Lake Fred Radio at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 21 and archived on the WLFR website.
