Schultz-Hill offers internships at the Barnes museum

ATLANTIC CITY - The Schultz-Hill Foundation is sponsoring two paid summer internships at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia for a stipend of $2,500 each. The Barnes Foundation is a nonprofit cultural and educational institution that shares its unparalleled art collection with the public, organizes special exhibitions, and presents programming that fosters new ways of thinking about human creativity.

The Barnes Foundation Summer Internship program runs from the first week in June through the second week of August. Interns must commit to a minimum of eight consecutive weeks and two days per week, and must be on-site or available to attend enrichment activities every Friday during the program.

Interns must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies, and may choose from the following areas:


  • Business Development

  • Collections and Exhibitions

  • Community, Youth, and Family Programs

  • Conservation

  • Development

  • Editorial/Publications

  • Education

  • Finance

  • Graphic Design

  • Human Resources

  • Legal

  • Marketing and Social Media

  • Public Programs

  • Public Relations

  • Registration

  • Retail


A complete application must include:

  • Transcripts

  • Two Letters of Recommendation
