Area law firm holds annual Holiday Art Contest for kids

Cooper Levenson law firm is is holding its annual Holiday Card Art Contest for students in grades 1-8.

The theme for this year's contest is Home for the Holidays. The winning entries will be reproduced on the firm's holiday greeting cards and other materials for distribution to clients and the public.

Entries are due before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 1 and must be electronically submitted by the art teacher via Drop Box or email to [email protected]

The firm will award $50 gift cards to the winning student and $100 gift card to the winning student's art teacher to be used for art supplies, a class party, or however the teacher and class decide.

The rules


  • One entry per student, grades 1-8

  • Artwork size 11- by 8.5-inches, landscape format. Include student's name, grade, school, teacher, teacher's email address and phone number.

  • Entries must be hand-drawn using crayons, paints, markers or pen and ink

  • Artwork will be judged on originality, creativity, use of color and space.
