LONGPORT - The Longport Volunteer Fire Department's annual fireworks display scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 21 has been postponed due to weather concerns as tropical storm Henri is making its way up the Atlantic Ocean. It is expected to strengthen into a hurricane as it approaches New England.
The new date is Saturday, Aug. 28 at 9 p.m. off the beach at 33rd Avenue.
