MARGATE - Residents and visitors turned out to enjoy the Margate Community Church's FestiFall event held Saturday, Oct. 16 on the grounds surrounding the stately brick church with the tall white steeple.
Children were especially happy to visit with numerous farm animals in the petting zoo and take a ride along the bridal path on a pony. Around the back of the church, children played games and decorated small pumpkins using stickers that helped them put a smile on their pumpkin faces.
A DJ provided music during the event and parents and children lined up to buy soft-service ice cream from the Mister Softee truck.
