GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP - The sixth annual Seashore Gardens Foundation Golf Tournament brought out supporters and volunteers June 21 to raise more than $14,000 for the programs and services at Seashore Gardens Living Center. Held at Harbor Pines Golf Club, the event reunited families who have been involved with supporting SGLC for decades and brought new golfers who have more recent ties to the home.
Golfers enjoyed lunch, a deluxe goody bag, an afternoon of play, and an awards dinner, which also brought more supporters to the event. Prizes were awarded for Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive. Also, a hole-in-one was sponsored by Mercedes Benz, Atlantic City, Fort Washington, West Chester. The event was presented by David Lieberman Insurance.
Event Co-chairs Jason Goldstein, David Lieberman and Rich Cohen led the committee of dedicated volunteers, including Howard Bernstein, Shirley Labov Bernstein, Sharon D'Angio, Martin H. Klein, Ethel Frank Levinson, Erin Luurtsema, Michael Stark, Fran Streeper, and Dotsie Tuscano.
