MARGATE - The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore at Jewish Family Service offers some cool programs during the hot summer season. Here is your chance to participate in 11 fun, unique and entertaining programs in August.
33rd Annual JFS House Tour, Monday, Aug. 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The highly-anticipated fundraiser, presented by Surroundings Interiors, will provide guests with the rare opportunity to tour several luxurious Downbeach homes which feature state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens, custom woodworking, unique décor and lighting, beautiful landscaping and more. Tickets are $75 per person and includes lunch, sponsored by Oasis Property Group. Raffle tickets are $20 each or six for $100. Attendance is not necessary to win a raffle prize. 8th Annual Card Party, Thursday, Aug. 25 beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Players can look forward to exciting games of mahjong, bridge and canasta, as well as lunch, auction items and door prizes at this event hosted at Harbor Pines Golf Club in Egg Harbor Township. Tickets are $75 per player and Village members receive a 20% discount. Participants should organize their own table with friends and family. Others will be randomly assigned to a table. Players must bring their own cards or game set.
Evening Yoga with Candice, Monday, Aug. 29 from 7-8 p.m.
Join Candice Martin for a yoga class via Zoom. Find balance and tranquility while experiencing mental, physiological and spiritual rejuvenation. Burn off excess energy through gentle body movements, wind down to a deeper state of relaxation and prepare for your evening rest. RSVP by Aug. 23.

The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore is a membership program for adults over the age of 50. The program provides intergenerational events, transportation, grocery shopping and delivery, Kosher Meals on Wheels and more.
