The Borough of Longport will host its annual Tree and Menorah Lighting 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8 in the park behind Borough Hall, 2305 Atlantic Ave.
The event being organized by the staff at the Longport Public Library includes a performance by the William H. Ross Elementary School Choir. The Longport Volunteer Fire Department will escort a very special visitor to the park,
