Margate City Police have issued a traffic advisory and detour of traffic to accommodate a road improvement project on Winchester Avenue.
Several streets will be closed Wednesday, Oct. 11 through Friday, Oct. 13 for work on Winchester Avenue between Douglas and Exeter avenues. The work will be done based on the weather.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detours and road closures.
Parents dropping off students at the elementary and middle schools are advised to schedule extra time to maneuver alternate routes.
