As an agency that is committed to eradicating housing instability, last year, JFS helped 980 households avoid homelessness through eviction prevention, strength-based diversion services and temporary direct relief. As such, JFS assisted 57 individuals garner temporary or permanent housing. In addition, the agency connected 553 of AHA clients to additional services such as healthcare, addiction treatment and public benefits, which serves as part of JFS' holistic approach to advance long-term housing stability.
