SOMERS POINT – The Ruth Neuman Shaprio Cancer and Heart Fund will host its Bag Ladies Luncheon 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 17 at Greate Bay Country Club, 201 Mays Landing Road in Somers Point.
The event includes new and gently used handbags and other great items in a silent auction. Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. with raffle winners announced at 1:30 p.m.
RNS, founded in 1961 by Rose Newman in memory of her daughter Ruth who died of cancer, has raised more than $17 million for the fight against cancer and heart disease.
