VENTNOR - Lane shifts and sidewalk closures will be in effect next week to accommodate Atlantic County's ongoing repairs to the Dorset Avenue bridge.
Lane shifts will be in effect 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Monday, March 11. Work is expected to last for one week, weather permitting. Motorists may experience minor delays and should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.
Sidewalk closures will also be in effect in the work zone. Signage will direct pedestrians to the open sidewalk. Pedestrians should cross Dorset Avenue using the designated crosswalks at the signalized intersections at Ventnor Avenue and at Monmouth Avenue.
