Katina Johnson
SOMERS POINT - For consistently delivering outstanding service and embodying Shore Medical Center's mission, vision and values, Medical Assistant Katina Tina Johnson of Atlantic City has been named Shore's March Employee of the Month.
Johnson is a medical assistant in the Medical Oncology Suite at Shore Cancer Center, where she supports physicians in facilitating safe, quality patient care. Johnson has been at Shore Cancer Center for a little over a year.
Tina exemplifies the mission of Shore Medical Center and is a great asset to the Cancer Center. She is conscientious and works well with our entire team, Outpatient Service Representative Andrea Pearson said about her colleague. She has a quiet and calm demeanor, which is greatly appreciated by our patients who come in feeling sick or stressed. She strives to comfort and support them in any way needed. I have never seen Tina in anything but a good mood. She accepts every challenge with a positive attitude, keeping our department going and our team happy during challenging times.
