MARGATE – NFI and The Brown Family Golf Tournament Fore Charity, benefitting Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties and the Milton & Betty Katz Jewish Community Center, raised nearly $300,000 to support both agencies. With more than 230 golfers participating in morning and afternoon play at the Atlantic City Country Club May 20, Team JCC won the coveted trophy.
“The committee, staff and volunteers did an outstanding job putting together and hosting this tournament at the Atlantic City Country Club. The record funds raised will support programs and services at JFS and JCC,” JFS CEO Andrea Steinberg said.
The JFS and JCC Golf Tournament featured a Hole in One contest where players had a chance to win a BMW i4 Electric Sedan provided by Turnersville BMW. After golfing, attendees enjoyed a dinner reception and award ceremony.
“We are grateful to our Naming Sponsor, NFI and The Brown Family, for their continued support of this annual fundraiser. We are also thankful to our other sponsors, supporters, and players who made this event successful,” JCC CEO Marg Rosenblatt said.
