The Eagles released their first injury report of the week, and it included DeVonta Smith:

Smith's addition to the injury report is particularly troubling considering that A.J. Brown's status is uncertain for Week 10's game against the Dallas Cowboys after he departed last Sunday's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars with a knee injury. Brown was listed as a limited participant during Wednesday's walkthrough.
Both Smith and Brown have already missed time this season. Smith sustained a concussion in Week 3's win over the New Orleans Saints. He not only departed that game early, but missed Week 4's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brown was sidelined for three games with a hamstring injury of his own, the final of which was the aforementioned Week 4 loss to the Bucs, a game where Jalen Hurts and an undermanned Eagles team were blown out 33-16.
Without Dak Prescott — who was placed on injured reserve also with a hamstring injury — the Cowboys might not have enough to beat the Eagles, even if they are without Smith and/or Brown. But after that, the schedule will get harder as the Eagles will see the Washington Commanders (7-2), Los Angeles Rams (4-4) and Baltimore Ravens (6-3) over the next three games.
