The Atlantic County Utilities Authority makes it easy for shore residents to maintain their trash with its summertime valet collection service for homeowners in Ventnor, Margate, Longport and Brigantine.
Instead of placing trash and recycling curbside on collection day, ACUA crews will retrieve containers from the residence, empty them and return containers to a designated spot.“The service is convenient for residents who may not be present on collection day and ensures trash doesn’t build up during the hot summer months,” ACUA President Matthew DeNafo said about the affordable service.
ACUA offers two main service periods that begin April 21 or May 26 and extend through Sept. 5. Optional service through the end of September is also available.
