EGG HARBOR CITY - The Stockton University Foundation’s annual Golf Classic will tee off Monday, Sept. 15 at Vineyard National Golf Course at Renault Winery and Resort, 72. N. Bremen Ave.
The Early Bird Flight includes breakfast followed by a shotgun start, with lunch and awards following the round of golf. Thanks to the enthusiastic support of our community, the Afternoon Aces Flight is already sold out.
“I had such a great time at last year’s Golf Classic that I knew I had to come back. As a local business owner and proud Stockton grad, it means a lot to be part of an event that brings people together and helps today’s students reach their goals,” said Mark D'Esposito '05, owner of Costello’s at the Nest in Galloway.
The Stockton Foundation plays a crucial role in removing barriers to student success by providing more than $1 million in annual scholarship support and funding for innovative programs, faculty projects, student groups and other initiatives at the university.
Stockton alumni, community members and friends are invited to swing into action at this event. Direct support benefits students through scholarships and vital initiatives, helping them overcome challenges and complete their degrees.
The tournament features contests for golfers of all skill levels, including Men's and Women's Closest to the Pin, Men’s and Women’s Longest Drive, Tournament winner and a Hole-in-One Challenge for $10,000. Putt for Prizes and win a share of cash at the 50/50 raffle.
Tickets are $250 per individual golfer or $1,000 per foursome, and sponsorships start at $500. Graduates of the last decade (classes of 2016-2025) can get a $175 Young Alumni Golf Rate.
