The NJ Department of Transportation will perform scheduled maintenance work on two bridges leading into Atlantic City Thursday and Friday, Feb. 27-28.
The bridges on Route 30 and Route 40 in Atlantic City will experience several periodic openings of 5-10 minutes in duration between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., with 20-30 minute intervals in between openings to allow for traffic to clear.
Motorists are advised to reduce speed, exercise caution and anticipate potential delays in the work area.
The schedule may be adjusted based on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
