MARGATE – Jewish Family Services of Atlantic and Cape May Counties will honor Rev. Martin Luther King’s legacy by participating in a Day of Service 10 a.m. to noon, Monday, Jan. 20 at the agency’s Jerome Avenue offices.
Volunteers are invited to assist with various projects, such as packaging food pantry items into bags for clients; making cards and writing notes to accompany meal deliveries; collecting and packaging personal care items into kits; assist counselors in refreshing children's activity areas and therapy toys; and assembling On-the-Go bags of ready-to-eat foods.
