SOMERS POINT - Shore Medical Center recently named Business Associate for Rehabilitation Patricia Graetz as its January Employee of the Month for consistently delivering outstanding service and embodying the organization's mission, vision, and values.
A resident of Egg Harbor Township, Graetz began her career at Shore 16 years ago as a physical therapy aide. She later advanced to an outpatient service representative role before stepping into her current position. As business associate, Graetz oversees insurance authorization and verification, patient registration, billing and various other functions vital to the success of the rehabilitation department.
Administrative Director of Rehabilitation Jennifer Pesce commended Graetz for her growth alongside the expansion of Shore’s Outpatient Rehabilitation department.
"Trish has shown exceptional dedication to both Shore Medical Center and the rehabilitation department," Pesce said. "She takes on every new challenge with outstanding organizational skills, actively streamlining processes and offering feedback to ensure our office runs efficiently. Trish also serves as a mentor to new employees, consistently promoting the department and the organization in a way that attracts more patients and expands our ability to help others."
Graetz enjoys quality time with her husband and sons, as well as crafting and cruising.
