Lear jet crashes after departing Northeast Philadelphia Airport headed to Missouri.

A small plane has crashed at the Roosevelt Mall Friday night in Northeast Philadelphia near Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard, causing a mass casualty event with explosions, fatalities and multiple homes on fire.
