Beachstock: The Planet's Biggest Beach Party to rock the beach in Margate

MARGATE - The spirit of summer returns in full force as Beachstock 2025: The Planet’s Biggest Beach Party lights up the Margate shoreline 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 28. (Rain date June 29), between Huntington and Granville avenues. This beloved annual event is free and open to the public, with no beach badges required.

Now in its 14th year, Beachstock is the ultimate daylong celebration of Margate’s vibrant seaside community, bringing together food, fun, family in one unforgettable festival. Drawing more than 5,000 attendees, the event features:

    Dozens of food vendors and crafters

    Live music and entertainment all day long

    Athletic competitions, including cornhole, wiffle ball, pickleball, and volleyball tournaments

    Surf and kite lessons, sand sculpting, and expanded kids’ activities

    A twilight bonfire, sunset movie screening, and environmental exhibits from Sustainable Downbeach

    Free services from NJ Unclaimed Property, helping attendees recover lost financial assets

This year’s lineup includes exciting new food offerings like DonutNV, Margate Clam Shack, and The Other Lucy, joining festival favorites Cali Shakes and South Jersey Smoke House.

Live performances heat up the main stage starting at 11:30 a.m., with appearances by:

    Sunrise Cries

    Mas Tequila Orchestra

    South Pacific Island Dancers

    The Hook – delivering mesmerizing, family-friendly feats

    Nikki Briar – rocking country hits as the sun sets

    NJ British Invasion – closing the night at 8:30 p.m. with timeless classics by The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and The Who

Families can wind down with a 6:30 p.m. screening of "Moana 2," followed by a roaring beach bonfire under the stars.

To ease summer traffic, a complimentary jitney shuttle will run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. along Atlantic Avenue, between Coolidge and Fredericksburg Avenues and the Eugene A. Tighe School.
