MARGATE – Fool Moon Theatre Company will be back at the Margate Community Church for their production of "Pippin" this summer. Performance dates are July 18-20 and July 25-27.
The community theater group is having open auditions for Stephen Schwartz's iconic and unforgettable musical masterpiece and Tony Award-winning musical that tells the story of a young prince searching for the secret to true happiness and fulfillment.
Auditions will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.Saturday, March 29 and 2-4 p.m. Sunday, March 30.
Performers should be prepared to sing an audition song with their own backing track. Auditioners will be asked to read from sides and show movement and dance ability. Men and women of various ages are needed. There is a role for a young male, age 8 -12. Actors familiar with magic and the circus arts like juggling and tumbling are encouraged to audition.
