MARGATE – Tickets are available starting Memorial Day weekend for the 36th annual Jewish Family Service House Tour being held 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4. Presented by Surroundings Interiors, the event gives participants opportunity to tour several luxurious Downbeach homes that feature state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens, custom woodworking, unique décor and lighting, beautiful landscaping and a glimpse of history and antiques.
“At JFS, we are excited to host the 36th Annual House Tour and provide guests with an exclusive look into stunning homes in Ventnor, Margate, and Longport,” JFS CEO said Andrea Steinberg said in a release. “Each year, we are grateful to the homeowners who open their doors as well as the sponsors, attendees, and volunteers so we can present this vital fundraiser.”
Tickets are $65 per person through June 30, and $75 per person beginning July 1. VIP Tickets are $100 and include the convenience of door-to-door jitney transportation with a tour guide and gift bag. All attendees will enjoy a complimentary lunch sponsored by Oasis Property Group, Benjamin Edwards, and Goldman Sachs and dessert sponsored by BAYADA Home Health Care, Fountain View at Logan Square, and The Original Banana Company. Other sponsors are Aleph Home Care, Concierge Construction, Cooper Levenson, Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, and Kramer Beverage.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $750 to $5,000. Program book advertisements are available from $250 to $750. Also, raffle tickets may be purchased for $20 each or six for $100 with a chance to win fabulous prizes. Tour attendance is not necessary to win. JFS will also host an online auction with dining certificates, sporting tickets, distinctive health and wellness products, designer handbags and more.
Proceeds benefit The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore, a membership program for adults over age 50 that provides intergenerational events, care coordination, transportation, grocery shopping and delivery, and Kosher Meals.
