VENTNOR - Eighth grade students at the Ventnor Middle School recently learned how to perfrom cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Over the last year, the Ventnor school nurses along with the supervisor of the Child Study Team have trained more than 25 staff members and 31 students.
The district also held a babysitting class that trained six students who are currently high school freshman.
According to Supervisor of Special Education Alison Richmond, the district is committed to providing life-saving training to the entire eighth grade class and all staff.
