MARGATE - Jewish Family Service of Atlantic and Cape May Counties recently announced the promotion of Greg Rosenblit to Chief People and Performance Officer, a newly developed leadership role designed to drive the agency’s next phase of growth and innovation.
As JFS continues to expand services and strengthen its impact across the region, this position ensures people, technology and performance are strategically aligned to advance the organization’s mission and long-term vision.
In this position, Rosenblit will oversee Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics and Performance Management. He leads the continued integration of people strategy, technology innovation, and data-informed decision-making to advance JFS’ progression into a mission-first, data-driven organization.

With more than 15 years of human resources experience spanning manufacturing, corporate and nonprofit sectors, Rosenblit previously served as the agency’s Senior Director of Human Resources and IT, where he played a key role in modernizing the agency’s infrastructure, strengthening workforce systems and shaping a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration and innovation.
Through his HR leadership, Rosenblit advanced initiatives that reinforced JFS’s commitment to employee growth, equity and organizational excellence, ensuring culture and performance move hand-in-hand. He advanced IT modernization to strengthen accessibility, efficiency and accountability across all departments, and helped lead the design of the agency’s performance management and analytics framework, establishing the foundation for its Key Performance Initiative. His work positioned JFS to better align data, people and process in pursuit of measurable community impact.
Rosenblit is a magna cum laude graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelor of science degree in Human Resources Management.
