NORTHFIELD - Strengthening its team of dedicated advocates for New Jersey residents who are injured or navigating complex workers’ compensation claims, Petro Cohen PC appointed Rebeca Jomarron and Kelly Bachich Sheehan as associate attorneys.
With more than 25 years serving clients across South Jersey, Petro Cohen continues compassionate, results-driven advocacy while mentoring the next generation of legal professionals.

Jomarron's professional focus is on personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation. She earned her BA. in Philosophy, graduating with honors from The College of New Jersey in 2019, and her JD from Barry University School of Law in 2024. Admitted to the New Jersey bar in October 2024, she previously served as a judicial law clerk for Superior Court Judges Michael J. Blee and M. Susan Sheppard. Jomarron gained hands-on experience as a summer law clerk with Petro Cohen in 2022 and 2023, and is a trustee with the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. Born in Cuba and raised in New Jersey, Rebeca is bilingual in Spanish and English. Outside the office, she mentors students and volunteers with local religious and bar association programs.

Sheehan concentrates on workers’ compensation litigation. She earned her JD from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2024, where she served as vice president of the Moot Court Honors Society and contributed to the Distinguished Jurist Moot Court Competition. Sheehan previously clerked for Superior Court Judge J. Christopher Gibson. Before law school, she worked for a third-party administrator of healthcare benefits, gaining insight into the challenges injured and disabled workers face. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is active in multiple bar associations.
