The South Jersey Transportation Authority has announced the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Mobile Unit will be on-site outside the Farley Service Plaza on the Atlantic City Expressway, offering convenient access to essential motor vehicle services for travelers and residents of the surrounding community.
The Mobile Unit will be available 9:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Monday, April 6 in a designated area in front of the main eastbound entrance of the Farley Service Plaza located at Milepost 21.3.
The MVC Mobile Unit is designed to make routine transactions easier and more accessible by bringing services directly to local communities. Visitors will be able to complete a variety of transactions by making an appointment, including:
• REAL ID upgrades
• Registration renewals
• Replacement Title/Registrations
“We’re proud to partner with the MVC to provide a more convenient way for our community to access important services,” SJTA Executive Director Stephen F. Dougherty said. “Hosting the mobile unit at our service plaza helps save time and makes these essential services more accessible to everyone.”
Visitors are encouraged to visit the New Jersey MVC website in advance to confirm eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, and appointment availability. The website is https://telegov.njportal.com/njmvcmobileunit
Parking will be available on-site, and staff will be present to assist visitors and direct traffic as needed.
