Also located off of the great room are the steps to the large garage and private, enclosed patio. The garage is large enough to store a car or all of your beach chairs and bikes. A large cart is available to transport your stuff to the beach. There is an extra refrigerator/freezer, too. From the garage, you enter the beautifully landscaped patio equipped with a six person sized hot tub, high top fire pit table that also seats six, a low top fire pit table and plenty of seating. There is an enclosed outdoor shower for your use when coming off of the beach as well.
SECOND FLOOR - travel up a flight of stairs to three/four more bedrooms....
A second primary bedroom full of windows is located at the top of the stairs. This bedroom features a queen size bed, large dresser, two night stands, large closet, barrel chair and a desk. There is a full bathroom with a two sink vanity and walk-in shower. There is a sliding door that allows access to the top floor deck with outdoor carpeting and comfy rocking chairs. Also adjoining this deck is an den featuring a queen size pull out couch and another smart television. This room can be used as the fifth bedroom or can stay private as part of the primary bedroom suite.
Across the hall is the bunk bed room featuring a full/single bunk combination (with attached ladder), dresser, and another smart television.
The final bedroom on this floor features a queen size bed, small dresser, barrel chair and two bedside tables.
There is a full bathroom with a tub on this floor, as well as a washer/dryer, and a linen closet.
