The AmeriHealth April Fools Half Marathon and 8K will be held Sunday, April 12 on the Atlantic City boardwalk.
The route takes runners through Atlantic City, Ventnor and Margate via the World Famous Atlantic City Boardwalk and streets in Ventnor and Margate.
Start time is 8 a.m. for the 13.1-mile half-marathon and 8:15 a.m. for the 8K. Awards will be presented to top finishers at 9:30 a.m., age group and costume awards at 10:30 a.m.

In Atlantic City, there will be no parking on New Hampshire Avenue between 5-10 a.m. and on Atlantic Ave. between Albany and S. Jackson Avenue 5 a.m. to noon
In Ventnor, no parking on the beach side of Atlantic Avenue between S. Vassar Square and S. Fredericksburg Avenue, beach bocks of Washington and New Haven avenues between 4 a.m. and noon. Beach block residents are asked to park on the bay side of Atlantic Avenue.
In Margate, there will be no parking on the beach side of Atlantic Avenue from S. Andover Avenue to S. Gladstone Avenue between 5 a.m. and noon. Beach block residents are asked to park on the bay side of Atlantic Avenue in advance of the event.
Violators will be towed.
