At a time when communities across the region are facing growing needs among older adults, Mosaic has announced the launch of its new Mosaic Community Grant, a funding initiative designed to strengthen local organizations that support aging populations.
The grant marks a significant step in Mosaic’s long-term strategy to invest directly in community based programs that foster dignity, connection, independence and purpose for older adults. By providing flexible support on a rolling basis, Mosaic aims to respond more quickly to emerging needs and expand the reach of innovative programs serving seniors.
“Mosaic was created to help ensure that older adults remain connected, valued, and supported in the communities they call home,” Mosaic Director of Philanthropy Erin Luurtsema said. “Through these grants, we’re putting resources directly into the hands of organizations that are doing vital work every day.”
Nonprofit and community-based organizations whose programs align with Mosaic’s mission are encouraged to apply at https://mosaicgiving.org/grants.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis to allow timely consideration and funding decisions.
