ATLANTIC CITY - Cooper Levenson has been selected to serve as legal counsel for the redevelopment of Bader Field in Atlantic City, one of the most significant redevelopment initiatives in the city in decades.
The firm will support DEEM Enterprises as it advances a long-term, comprehensive redevelopment plan for the former municipal airport site. Cooper Levenson brings extensive experience in land use, redevelopment, and public-private partnerships across New Jersey.
“The redevelopment of Bader Field represents a bold and forward-looking vision for Atlantic City,” CEO Lloyd Levenson said in a release. “We are proud to support a project rooted in responsible development, long-term planning, and close collaboration with public-sector partners.”
