The North Beach Ventnor Residents Association is offering a $2,000 scholarship to a graduate heading to higher learning.
Applications for the North Beach Scholarship are available at the organization’s website, northbeachventnor.com/scholarship. Applications are due by June 1.
Applicants must be residents of the North Beach section of the city who are graduating from Atlantic City High School and attending college or technical school in the fall, preferably Atlantic Cape Community College or Stockton University.
The North Beach section includes homes located from the south side of the city line at Jackson Avenue to the north side of Surry Avenue, from the beach to the bay.
The recipient will be awarded $2,000 in two installments - $1,000 at the start of their first and second year in college.
