Below are the updated road work plans as of March 31.
South Brewster Road will be closed between Route 40 and Summers Road from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. for milling and paving work.
The eastbound lane of Wheat Road also will be closed at South Brewster Road from 7 a.m. to noon.
Additionally, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Wheat Road between Lincoln Avenue and Route 40 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.
Zion Road in Egg Harbor Township will be closed between Asbury Road and Old Stage Road for drainage work 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays for the next three weeks, weather permitting.
Additionally, the intersection of English Creek Avenue and Zion Road will be closed intermittently during this time.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.
The intersection of Mill and Zion roads will be closed to through traffic overnight from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. weekdays through Thursday, for city work.

Work by NJ American Water Co. along Shore Road will have various detours throughout the week.
A full detour will be in place on Shore Road between Maryland and Dawes avenues from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, weather permitting, for work by NJ American Water Co.
The detour will be at the intersection of Shore and Maryland Avenue from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
The detour moves to the area between Maryland and Pleasant avenues to Bethel Road from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
Motorists should follow the posted traffic signage and plan travel time accordingly. Police and traffic directors will be on site to assist.
