The presentation is based on two articles he wrote for the Atlantic County Historical Society's annual Yearbook.

He became a charter member of the faculty of Stockton University when it opened in 1971 in Atlantic City.
In the 50 years since Stockton opened, Marino spent more than two decades as an executive administrator at the South Jersey Transportation Authority. He continued teaching as an adjunct professor at Stockton and served in various volunteer positions with charitable organization such as the United Way, Atlantic Human Resources, Community Mediation Services, and more recently the Atlantic County Historical Society.
