Communication Officer Sgt. Ray Burgan said the department joined forces with police in Margate and Ventnor to collect new book bags, pencils, pens, notebooks, notebook paper, crayons, erasers and folders. The police departments will be forwarding all the supplies collected during the month-long supply drive to the Atlantic City Police Athletic League, which will distribute them to local school children.

Our agency would like to recognize Olivia for going above and beyond to help local children in need this upcoming school year. Her generous donation greatly contributed to the success of this event and will have a tremendous impact for many children within the community, Burgan said.
