The ongoing Hamilton Township bridge replacement construction project will close Weymouth Road on Friday.
The section from Blueberry to Elwood roads will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., police said Thursday.
Local traffic will be permitted up to but not across the bridge during the closure.
A detour has been posted. Motorists are urged to seek an alternate route.
Cumberland Avenue between Ninth and Seventh avenues will be closed 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday for drainage work, weather permitting.
Motorists should follow the posted detour and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.
