The NJ Department of Transportation will be working on the Rt. 30 and Rt. 40, Atlantic City drawbridges over the next week.
The Rt. 30 Drawbridge will be affected Thursday, March 20, Friday, March 21, and Wednesday, March 26.
The Rt. 40 Drawbridge will be affected Tuesday, March 25.
Work on each of these dates will require several periodic openings of 5-10 minutes between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., with 15-20 minute intervals in between openings to allow for traffic to clear.
Motorists are advised to reduce speed, exercise caution and anticipate potential delays in the work area.
The schedule may be adjusted based on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
