Ventnor will hold its annual Block Party, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 10 on Ventnor Avenue between Portland and Troy avenues.
The event includes lots of local makers, children's activities, live music performances, food trucks and a beer garden.
The event is being sponsored by Ventnor City Special Events and is sure to please visitors and residents.
The Ventnor City Police Department has issued a traffic advisory as traffic will be closed along the event venue
To ensure the safety and smooth flow of the event, Ventnor City Police Department will be implementing no parking zones and traffic detours throughout the day. These measures will help accommodate the large crowds and keep traffic moving efficiently, police said in a release.
No parking on Ventnor Avenue and surrounding side streets. Signs are already posted, and enforcement will begin early Saturday morning. Do not park in these areas to avoid having vehicle towed.
